The 4th IEEE WoWMoM Workshop on Video Everywhere (VidEv 2015) (co-located with The IEEE International Symposium on a World of Wireless, Mobile and Multimedia Networks, WoWMoM 2015) is a highly selective workshop devoted to covering all aspects of current work on mobile video and to providing a forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss their most recent contributions in the field. Accepted papers will appear in the symposium proceedings published by IEEE. Extended versions of workshop papers of particular merit will be considered for possible fast track publication in the Computer Communications Journal (Elsevier).
