The Video Browser Showdown / Video Search Showcase is an annual video search competition at MMM, where international researchers evaluate and demonstrate the efficiency of their video retrieval tools. Participating teams first present the details of their systems and then perform several interactive video search tasks with different modalities (visual and textual tasks). The last part of the VBS is a moderated session that is open to the confernce audience, who can see the interactive tools in action! To participate, please submit an extended-demo paper (4-6 pages) via the MMM submission system until Sep. 20, 2015.
