Special Session on Advanced Crowdsourcing for Speech and Beyond

INTERSPEECH is the world’s largest and most comprehensive conference on the science and technology of spoken language processing, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches ranging from theory, data generation and labeling, modeling, to applications. In particular, crowdsourcing has become an important and fast-growing area in many ways. We therefore encourage contributions that involve crowdsourcing for data collection, assessment, or evaluation for, e.g., speaker ID, (para-) linguistic research, NLP, social-signals, speech gestures, motivation steering, quality control, as well as novel application paradigms, e.g. mobile crowdsourcing, realistic speech capture in the field, multi-party crowdsourcing collaboration, or expert knowledge inclusion.
