The aim of the 13th International Conference on Machine Learning and Applications is to bring together researchers working in the areas of machine learning and applications. Recent emergence for big data processing particularly brings the urgent need for machine learning to be able to address the challenges raised from real-time and massive amount of data. The conference will cover both machine learning theoretical works and its applications. Contributions describing machine learning (ML) techniques applied to real-world problems, interdisciplinary research involving machine learning, experimental and/or theoretical studies yielding new insights into the design of ML systems.
