VS-Re-ID @ ECCV 2014

Workshop on Visual Surveillance and Re-identification

Since the first such event in 1998, the series of VS workshops has been established as an important forum to discuss computer vision techniques for visual surveillance. Similarly, the International Workshop on Re-identification has been established to focus on the emergence of a significant challenge in visual surveillance. At ECCV 2014, these two workshops are combined to provide a single forum on visual surveillance, with a specific emphasis on re-identification challenges and solutions; in addition, a brand-new multi camera tracking (MCT) challenge is organized, and a special issue on a top-class journal is planned.
